Allroads is a travel agency specialized in bicycle tours.

The purpose of Allroads' personal data policy is to explain how we collect, process and protect your personal data and which rights you have in this regard. At the same time, we ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law.

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The purposes for which we process personal data are explained below.

DELIVERY OF OUR SERVICE

Implementation of our contractual relationship with our customers requires the processing of personal data, including a range of general customer information such as identification information, e.g. name, address, e-mail, date of birth, passport number, company name, etc. as well as other necessary personal data for the purpose of implementing the contractual relationship.

In connection with the implementation of the contractual relationship, it may also be necessary to process sensitive personal data, including information about allergies, medical needs and dietary needs etc.

We process the necessary personal data for the purpose of implementing the contractual relationship with our customers, including for the following purposes:

• Be able to identify and service you as a customer of Allroads

• Processing your purchase and delivery of service

• Ordering trips, including hotels, flights, bicycle transport etc.

• Payment information when you book a trip

We process your general personal data based on Art. 6 subsection. 1, letter b (GDPR), for the purpose of fulfilling a contract. If the customer is a legal person, we will also process personal data about contact persons at the customer according to Art. 6, subsection 1, letter f (GDPR) for the purpose of our legitimate interest in carrying out the business relationship.

We can also process your general personal data in order to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject, cf. Art. 6 subsection. 1, letter c (GDPR)

Our legal basis for processing sensitive health information is your consent according to Art. 7 and Art. 9, subsection 2, letter a (GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, but you should be aware that this does not affect the legality of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal.

MARKETING/NEWSLETTERS

We also process personal data in connection with marketing initiatives, including in order to be able to target our communication to you via e.g. newsletters.

Our processing in this regard takes place on the basis of the balancing of interests rule in Art. 6 pieces. 1, letter f. Our legitimate interest is our marketing interest.

If you are subscribed to our newsletter, we store the necessary personal data for as long as you wish to receive our newsletter.


WHO CAN WE EXCHANGE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?

We generally do not pass on personal data to third parties. However, it will be necessary to hand over personal data to third parties in connection with the fulfillment of our contractual relationship, including to suppliers of e.g. hotel accommodation, transport and race organisers. We pass on your personal data to the following recipients:

• Hotels

• Airlines

• Suppliers of bicycle transport

• Organizers of bicycle races


In addition, the information can be left to external suppliers/data processors who assist Allroads with running the company. Furthermore, your information may be transferred to recipients outside Allroads, including affiliated companies as well as private and public authorities in accordance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.

WHEN DO WE DELETE YOUR INFORMATION?

We only keep your information for as long as is required by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

In general, information collected as part of a business relationship is stored for at least a relevant period after the end of the business relationship in question, depending on the type of information. If information is stored for the sake of a legal obligation or for other legitimate reasons, the storage period may be longer or shorter.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We use social media and our website may contain social media functions such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., which have their own privacy policies.

We encourage you to read their terms and conditions and privacy policy carefully before submitting personal information, as we assume no responsibility or liability for these services or features.


WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

You always have the opportunity to gain insight into which information is registered about you and which types of information we exchange, if applicable, on the basis of your consent. You can also be informed to which companies and/or persons the exchange has taken place and what the purpose is.

If you believe that the personal data that we process about you is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. You can contact us and inform us of the inaccuracies and how they can be corrected.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your information based on your previously communicated consent and up to the time of withdrawal.
