TERMS OF SERVICE

The terms & conditions are in accordance with the " Act on package travel and linked travel arrangements", which, together with other Danish legislation, regulates the purchase of the trip and any claims that may be raised against the travel organizer Allroads ApS (Limited company) (hereinafter Allroads).

The provisions apply to the combination of travel services that is called a package travel, cf. directive (EU) 2015/2302.

The travel may be covered by EU rights for package travels. This implies, among other things, that Allroads can be responsible for the correct delivery of the entire package travel.

PURCHASE OF THE TRIP

An oral or written acceptance of an offer from Allroads or payment of a deposit is considered binding, and this cannot be cancelled, unless otherwise agreed. An agreed deposit cannot be refunded.

Online orders, where payment is made immediately afterwards, are also considered binding without refund.

The deposit is stated when ordering and varies according to the total price of the trip.

If Allroads is prevented from delivering the journey in question immediately after the customer's acceptance, Allroads reserves the right to cancel the deal. This must be communicated to the customer as soon as possible after acceptance of the offer, but no later than after 24 hours.

The remaining amount must be received by Allroads by the agreed date at the latest. If the balance is not paid in time, Allroads can consider the trip as canceled by the customer.

Allroads reserves the right to make such price changes in the agreed price which are a direct result of changes in transport costs (e.g. fuel prices), taxes, charges or fees imposed by third parties not directly involved in the delivery of the package travel (e.g. passenger, airport, take-off or landing charges) or exchange rates used to calculate the price of that travel. This applies before the day of departure and even if the trip is fully paid for.

The name that appears first in the travel document or is stated as the payer of the trip is considered the owner of the trip. Only this person can change and/or cancel the trip. Any inquiry, correspondence or refund from Allroads regarding the journey will be made to this person.

Expenses for passports, visas, vaccinations, insurances etc. are, unless otherwise stated, not included in the price, and the traveler is responsible for this.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When buying from Allroads there is no right of withdrawal which also applies when buying at www.allroads.cc, cf. § 9, subsection 2 of the Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven).

CANCELLATION

If the travel participant cancels after the date of transfer of the balance, Allroads reserves the right to retain or charge the total price of the trip.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS AT ALLROADS' INSTRUCTION

Allroads reserves the right to make changes to the travel program without notice, including the use of other hotels and transport options. Changes do not entitle to compensation.

Allroads acts as an agent for airlines, which is why the Airlines have direct and full responsibility for the correct execution of the transport according to the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions, EU Council Regulation 889/2002 and 261/2004 and the Aviation Act.

Allroads also reserves the right to cancel the trip if a sufficient number of registrations are not obtained. In the event of cancellation, written notification will be given immediately, and no later than 40 days before departure, as well as a full refund of the travel amount paid.

In the event of Force Majeure, including war, danger of war, civil unrest, strike, lockout, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, economic crashes, etc., which prevent the planned trip, Allroads reserves the right to claim already incurred expenses covered by the travel participant. If such conditions occur during a journey that has already started, it is the travel participant's own responsibility to cover unforeseen expenses, such as accommodation, transport home etc.

CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS

It is the traveler's own obligation to bring a valid passport and to check that all information in travel documents and other personal information in connection with the trip are in accordance and correct. In cases where personal data is not correct, the traveler himself is liable for any compensation.

It is also the traveler's responsibility to keep informed of any changes in relation to travel times and other travel information.

Since any notifications about the trip are preferably sent by e-mail, it is extremely important that this information appears in the order and is updated if necessary.

BAGGAGE RESPONSIBILITY

It is the travel participant's own responsibility that the luggage is checked in at the airport.

Allroads is not responsible for compensation for any damaged luggage or damaged bicycle during transport, as well as bicycle and/or personal injury during the journey itself. Nor is theft of bicycles or other property covered by Allroads. In all cases the travel participant is referred to their own insurance company.

INSURANCES

Neither cancellation nor travel insurance is included in the total price. Such insurances must be taken out by the travel participant.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints during the journey must be made immediately to Allroad's staff during the journey, so that Allroads immediately can seek to remedy the situation. Other complaints must be sent in writing immediately after the trip and be in Allroads' hands no later than 7 days after returning home.

THE DANISH TRAVEL GUARANTEE FUND

Allroads is a member of The Danish Travel Guarantee Fund (Rejsegarantifonden) (member no. 3298), which, among other things, covers the travel participant in the event of bankruptcy.
